Title : How to Cook The Teriyaki Pork Roll with Green onions


Introduction: 
 
Have you ever eaten Teriyaki Pork Roll with Green onions? This is a dish of pork wrapped around green onions and grilled. My favourite seasoning is teriyaki flavour. Teriyaki is a seasoning familiar to the Japanese. Probably many people had ate the taste before. It is often used in home cooking. Teriyaki is a cooking method in which foods are  mixed with a soy sauce based sauce and grilled. It is sweet and salty so delicious. 
This dish is my mother's specialty. I like Teriyaki sauce so this dish is my favorite dish. I learned how to cook this dish from my mother. It is my favorite dish because it is easy to cook. Also these are bite sized, so we can eat a lot. This dish can be complete in about 20-30 minutes. I will teach how to make this dish for everyone.

You will need tool: 
  • One frying pan
  • One kitchen knife
  • One chopping board
  • One ladle
  • Four chopsticks
  • Three dishes
  • One tablespoon

Ingredients : The recipe yields 3 servings.
  • Pork belly : 200g
  • Green onions :2 or 3
  • Salt and pepper : to taste
  • Flour : to taste
  • Salad oil : to taste
  • Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon 
  • Cooking sake : 1 tablespoon 
  • Mirin(sweet sake) : 1 tablespoon 
  • Sugar : 1/2 tablespoon 

Procedures :     
 
1. First, cut two green onions about 5 cm, using the kitchen knife and the cutting board. Set them aside. Do not use the green part of the green onions.




2. Next, after set cutting the green onions aside, Cut the pork belly into about 10 cm pieces, using the kitchen knife and cutting board. Set them aside.




3. After cut the pork belly, arrange the slices of pork and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then roll each piece of pork belly with one cut the green onions. Set them aside.




4. After rolled the piece of green onions with the cut pork belly, coat them well with flour. Set them aside. 



5. Next, place the floured the pork belly rolled with Green Onions in the flying pan and add the small amount of salad oil. Cook over medium heat, rolling and browning. Grill for about 5-10 minutes.



6. When green onions rolled with pork belly is browned, reduce heat to low and cover to ensure even cooking. Grill for about 5-10 minutes.





7. When cooked, add 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, cooking sake and mirin (sweet sake) and 2/1 tablespoons of sugar to the frying pan and mix well to combine.






8. When the teriyaki sauce is well mixed, place the dish on a plate by the ladle.






Conclusion: 
This dish can be easily prepared with pork belly, green onions and seasonings. This dish is bite sized and easy to eat, so the chopsticks won't stop. Teriyaki sauce and pork rolled with green onions go well together. You should be careful when you eat it because the green onions very hot. I would also recommend it for lunch boxes.
This time I rolled the green onions around it, but it is also delicious rolled around other foods. For example, cheese, shredded cabbage, asparagus and  etc. Also, teriyaki with mayonnaise is delicious. Instead of teriyaki sauce, you can season it with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) or butter. It is so delicious too. Please try different ways of making it.
