Maki’s Niigata Life

The other day, I went to "Sukiya" for the first time in a while. I had a charcoal-grilled-chicken-bowl there. I ate the dish at the first time. It's very delicious and voluptuous. I went to the restaurant near Niigata University, so I felt like a student of Niigata University. I'd like to eat there again! Thank you for reading!

This is a dish of pork wrapped around green onions and grilled. My favourite seasoning is teriyaki flavour. Teriyaki is a seasoning familiar to the Japanese. Probably many people had ate the taste before.   It is often used in home cooking. Teriyaki is a cooking method in which foods are  mixed with a soy sauce based sauce and grilled. It is sweet and salty so delicious.  This dish is my mother's specialty. I like Teriyaki sauce so this dish is my favorite dish. I learned how to cook this dish from my mother.  I belomg to the students coop community of UNP called Churippu. It is also known as "gakui". Last Saturday, it was a "gakui" dinner party at the near wedding hall. We had French food. It was all very tasty! It was a very enjoyable dinner party! Thank you for reading!

 The other day, I went to eat dinner. The restaurant we went to eat at was "Karaage Specialty Restaurant Torikko". The restaurant is located in the Nishi Ward. I had the ginger soy sauce flavored fried chicken. It was so delicious! I would recommend this restaurant! Thank you for reading!

Today, I ate these chocolate. The name of chocolate is "Sanrio Characters Kyarapaki". Have you ever eaten this? I got Pochacco and Kuromi! They are very cute so it seems a waste to eat them. There are many kinds of "Kyarapaki" so you all get that too! Thank you for reading!
